What we ask of you

  • Use it for real. Run your inventory, ledger, or schedule through OpsDeck for at least one full operating month.
  • Talk to us. A 30 to 45 minute call every two or three weeks. We watch you work. We ask why.
  • File the rough edges. When something breaks, confuses, or pisses you off, tell us. Public repo, plain English, no JIRA.
  • Be honest about fit. If OpsDeck stops earning its place in your stack, say so. We'd rather know.

What we give you

  • Free, full access during V1. Every tier, every module, no caps.
  • Lifetime pricing. When we open paid tiers, you keep the design partner rate. Permanently.
  • Roadmap weight. The features you need land in the order you need them, not the order Twitter wants.
  • Reach the team directly. Your questions go to the people building OpsDeck. No support ticket queue, no AI triage layer.
  • Your data, your file. OpsDeck runs on Google Sheets you already own. If you ever walk, you walk with everything.

We are deliberately picky about the first cohort. Better five right operators than fifty wrong ones.

Strong fit

Small business operator (solo, family, or under five people). Maker, vendor, service provider, trainer. Already living in Google Sheets, QuickBooks, Notion, Square, or some unholy mix. You can describe exactly what's broken about how you run the back office today.

Not yet

Pre-revenue, pre-customer, or "just exploring an idea." OpsDeck is for operators who already have the work and need the wiring. If you don't have inventory, money in, money out, or a calendar yet, come back when you do.
